- 1 cup Jaggery grated
- 2 cup roasted rice flour
- 1/2 cup water

- To taste if it is cooked lift open once of the banana leaves and check it also the colour of the leaf changes. Once it is cool enough to touch remove the wrapper and enjoy with hot tea.
